Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your new features activate immediately. When downgrading, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then your listing reverts to the lower tier.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed annually through Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your dashboard.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We offer a permanent free tier so you can test the platform before committing. The free listing includes all core features — paid plans add enhanced visibility, more media uploads, and premium placement.
What happens to my content if I cancel?
Your profile and content are preserved. Features that exceed the free tier limits (like extra portfolio images) are hidden but not deleted, so they reappear if you re-subscribe.
Do you charge commissions on bookings?
No. We never take a commission on your bookings or client relationships. Your subscription fee is the only cost — whatever you earn from clients is 100% yours.
Can I get a refund?
We offer prorated refunds within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Contact support@showbizpromotions.com to request a refund.
