Overview
We want you to be confident in your purchase. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for Showbiz Promotions services.
Before Campaign Preparation
If you request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and your campaign has not yet entered the preparation phase, you are eligible for a full refund.
During Campaign Preparation
Once our team has begun preparing your campaign (reviewing materials, optimizing content, selecting channels), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. A partial refund may be available depending on the work completed.
After Campaign Launch
Once your campaign has been distributed to media channels, refunds are not available as the service has been delivered. Distribution cannot be recalled once it has been sent.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@showbizpromotions.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Custom Campaigns
Custom campaign packages may have separate refund terms that will be agreed upon before work begins.
