No Guarantees

We provide promotion and distribution services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to: media coverage, journalist pickup, virality, fame, specific audience reach numbers, or any particular business result. Results vary based on project quality, timing, audience interest, and selected package.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful project information
• Own or have rights to all materials submitted for promotion
• Not submit content that is defamatory, illegal, or infringing on third-party rights
• Respond to requests for information or approval in a timely manner

Payment Terms

All promotion packages are paid upfront before campaign work begins. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is processed through our secure payment processor.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all materials you submit. By submitting materials for promotion, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and display those materials as necessary to deliver the promotion services you purchased.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showbiz Promotions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. In such cases, applicable refunds will be handled per our refund policy.
